What is Covered
DEFECTS IN CONSTRUCTION
Defects resulting from the manufacturing or construction process.
INSTALLATION ISSUES
Installation issues caused by our delivery and setup team.
WORKMANSHIP REPAIRS
Repairs determined by Stoll’s Woodcrafts & Metal to be the result of defective workmanship.
If a covered issue arises during the warranty period, we will inspect the building and determine the appropriate repair.
What is Not Covered
ACTS OF NATURE
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
— High winds
— Tornadoes
— Hurricanes
— Hail
— Lightning
— Flooding
— Falling trees or limbs
— Any other weather-related or natural events
NORMAL WEAR & AGING
Buildings naturally age over time. This warranty does not cover:
— Fading or discoloration
— Minor rust or oxidation
— Scratches or dents
— Normal material aging
— Wood shrinkage, swelling, or movement
RE-LEVELING & SITE CONDITIONS
This workmanship warranty does not include:
— Re-leveling of the building after installation
— Ground settling
— Site preparation issues
— Soil movement
— Improper drainage
— Standing water around the building
Maintaining a level, properly drained site is the responsibility of the property owner.
OTHER EXCLUSIONS
— Customer modifications or alterations
— Misuse, neglect, or abuse
— Accidental damage
— Damage caused by improper maintenance
— Components or materials covered by a separate manufacturer warranty
