We Make Delivery Simple!

At Stoll’s Woodcrafts & Metals, we handle delivery and setup so your building arrives ready to use.

To ensure a smooth and safe delivery, please review the following requirements before your scheduled drop-off.

We want your delivery to go smoothly from start to finish. If you have any concerns about your site, just reach out – we’ll guide you through it.

Minimum clear width: Building width + 2 feet
Minimum clear height: 15 feet (watch for tree limbs, wires, etc.)
Driveway/path must be free of:
— Low branches
— Power lines
— Fences or gates (unless wide enough)
Adequate turning space is required for larger buildings

Site should be:
— Level (within a few inches across the area)
— Firm and stable (no soft or muddy ground)
Recommended base options:
— Gravel pad (preferred)
— Concrete slab
— Concrete blocks (for leveling if needed)
We supply the first layer of concrete blocks
Additional blocks are $3.50 each

⚠️ We cannot set a building in a location where the ground is more than 2 feet out of level.

Uneven or soft ground may delay delivery or require additional setup fees.

Allow at least 2–3 feet of clearance on all sides
Must have 50–100 feet of clear space from the end of the building to the next obstacle to allow our truck and trailer to pull straight out after placement

If this clearance is not available, we may still be able to place your building using special equipment. Additional $50 charge will apply.

Customer is responsible for identifying any obstacles or hazards.

Mark or notify us of:
— Septic systems
— Water lines
— Underground utilities
— Sprinkler systems

We are not responsible for damage to unmarked items.

For safety and quality reasons:

FREE delivery and standard setup within 40 miles
Additional fees may apply for:
— Longer distances
— Difficult site conditions
— Special equipment needs
