Frequently asked questions:

Is a deposit required?
It is required to make 1 month's payment, plus a $10 application fee, when signing the contract. The payment (excluding the application fee) is applied to your contract term.
When will your payments begin?
You will not receive an invoice until the unit has been delivered to you, and you have signed the Delivery Approval Sheet. Your payment will then be due around 30 days from the delivery date.
What if I can no longer pay for my unit?
The Rent To Own contract is a month-to-month agreement. You can terminate your contract at any time. Just notify the RTO company and they will schedule a convenient time to retrieve the unit.
Is there a penalty for an early payoff?
There are NO penalties or extra fees if you choose to make and early payoff. In fact, you save money if you choose to payoff the contract early.
When does the 90 days same as cash begin?
The 90 days starts when the building is delivered to your property. To find out when the 90 day option will end on your contract, contact your RTO company and they will get that information to you.
